SHIPPING & RETURNS

Essential Emergency Gear, Our hours of operations are Monday to Friday 10 am to 6 pm EST 

Most orders ship within 2 - 5 days via USPS or Fedex also depends when you place the order  

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

There is a flat rate shipping charges in the 48 States Items are shipped via USPS & Fedex, Some items can only be shipped via Fedex    

EXPEDITED SHIPPING

Overnight orders Ship via Fedex. Shipping cost are higher.  Please call for the cost.  

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

We currently do not ship outside of the USA   

RETURN POLICY

We are committed to your complete 100% satisfaction so our return policy is easy. If for any reason you are not 100% happy with your purchase from simply return it to us in like new condition within 30 days of purchase. We will at your direction refund the full purchase price (less shipping charges) or exchange it for any other stock items of similar value. We cannot refund items that been used. Any items that is special ordered that is returned there is a 20% Restocking fee.

If you need to return an item, please return it with all packaging parts as it was shipped to you. Please contact a customer service representative at 703-449-5438 to obtain a Return Authorization (RA). When returning any items please package them carefully as we cannot be held responsible for damage done in transit. If you need to return an items, please email us and we will give you a RA number, this is needed and make sure to send a copy of your invoice and your RA number along with your return and ship to:
